  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Shipping Costs: We cover the return shipping cost, so you can shop with confidence.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact our support team to arrange it.
